The NAH Foundation's Accomplishments Include
Providing
over 1,500 physical examinations for children in Chicago
Public Schools, at area churches, in community centers,
and at health fairs.
Performing over 1,600 diabetes screenings in high risk
communities.
Administering over 1,500 childhood immunizations.
Distributing educational materials to over 1,600
children.
Providing approximately 7,900 individual health services
for children.
Providing
over 1,500 physical examinations for children in Chicago
Public Schools, at area churches, in community centers,
and at health fairs.
