Reconnective
Healing is an energy modality which offers physical,
mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. You do not need to reveal
your concerns, whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual in
nature. The practitioner does not need to physically touch the
patient’s body. Healing energy simply flows through the
practitioner’s hands and then through your body to the areas that
need healing. You may conceive of this universal energy as you
choose. For example, you may conceive of it as Nature, God,
the Life Force, the Holy Spirit, the Universe, or as any image or
metaphor that matches your philosophy and perspective.
The healing energy may or may not be
directly felt by the patient, but healing, on some level, is still
occurring. The patient needs simply to observe results during the
session and on an ongoing basis following the session. Reconnective
Healing is useful for short term problems as well as for long
standing health issues. It is also useful when you are healthy,
because it supports your energy system for daily living, including
spiritual development. Reconnective Healing may be used in
conjunction with any other treatment or modality. Reconnective
Healing is not like a tool in conventional medicine that targets a
particular illness or symptom. Instead, Reconnective Healing works
on the whole individual, focusing on the area or areas that need
healing.
Reconnective Healing sessions are
generally done while relaxing on a massage table. If you
are unable to lie down, you may relax while sitting in a chair
during your session. With Reconnective Healing sessions, you not
only experience healing during the session, but also continue to
heal after you’ve left your appointment.
