Here at Norwegian American Hospital, we wish to create an environment that is safe, secure and serves the multiple needs of our community. Patient, visitors and vendors are encouraged to voice any type of comments, complaints or grievances about our services, whenever they deem it necessary. If anyone has a comment, complaint or grievance, they can reach out to any one of the hospital’s staff in order to have their concerns addressed by the appropriate party.
However, Norwegian American Hospital’s Patent Experience Officer is also available to all patients, visitors and vendors in order to address any concerns, which cannot be readily or easily corrected. To do so, please contact 773-292-2622.
